This is a hand-made traditional Japanese charcoal barbecue with a minimalist design. Made with diatomite (fossilised planktons), a natural material that optimises heat retention and keeps the outside of the Konro Grill cool to the touch. Charcoals burn longer and its heat is more evenly distributed in a diatomite Konro Grill.
It is great for grilling all sorts of meats, seafood and vegetables. We recommended that you use high quality white charcoal (binchotan) for the perfect grilling experience.
