Is your showroom at Publika open?
We’re happy to announce that Smuk’s showroom has opened our showroom for visitors starting Tuesday 17/8/2021.
Our operating hours are now from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

In line with the government’s Covid measures, only fully vaccinated individuals with these criteria may enter the store:
✅ 2 doses of Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Sinovac and have passed 14 days from the date of the 2nd dose; OR
✅ 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson or CanSino and have passed 28 days from the date of the vaccination.

Are you able to ship out my order during MCO 3.0?
Yes, we are able to pack and deliver all your orders. Please refer to the Shipping FAQ below for more details.

I have ordered large pieces of furniture. Can you deliver the furniture into my home?
For smooth delivery of furniture into your home, please help us by ensuring that you meet the conditions below:
✅ Delivery between Monday and Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
✅ You have permission from your property management for the delivery.
✅ There is no person/s under home quarantine for Covid-19 or suspected of being infected with Covid-19.

How long has Smuk Living been around?
Smuk Living was founded in 2011 which makes us 11 years old this year.

I am interested in a product that’s not in stock. Can I order it? 
Yes, you most certainly can. For products that you see in our website that do not have a price, please click on Request a Quote. You will receive a response from our friendly Furniture Consultants within 48 hours.

There’s something that I saw in the website of one of your brands but it’s not in your website. Can I place an order for it? 
Yes, please contact us and let us know which item you are interested in and we’ll provide you with a quote and the shipping lead time.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Sorry, we are unable to gift wrap orders for the meantime. 

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
 Once we receive your order, we work fast to pack and ship out your order. Therefore we are unable to accommodate cancellation of orders.

Is GST included in the price?
The Goods and Services Tax was abolished in Malaysia in 2018. Prices shown are free of any goods and service charges. 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Cash is only accepted in the showroom at Publika.

The forms of payment that are accepted are:
Credit/debit card
Online bank transfer

Where are my orders shipped from? 
Your orders are packed and shipped from our showroom in Publika or warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Which countries do you ship to? 
Our website is set up to ship within Malaysia and Singapore, however we are able to ship to all other countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Can I pick up from Smuk’s store?
Yes, you certainly may. At checkout, click on ‘Self Pick-Up’. You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.

NOTE: In the website, large items are limited to delivery within Klang Valley. Please contact us to get a quote for shipping to other areas.

Do you ship by sea?
Depending on the total size of your order and your shipping address, it could be more economical to ship bulky items by sea which offers lower shipping rates but could take longer to arrive. We will advise you on the shipping options once you have finalised your product selection. 

Can you ship on a specific day (eg. Saturday)?
Whilst we endevour to meet all your demands, we are unable to dictate which day your parcel will arrive. Kindly provide an address where the parcel can be accepted any day of the week. 

How long does it take to ship my order? 
Orders are processed within 2 business days before being handed over to the courier company for delivery.

NOTE: Please expect some delays as the effects of Covid-19 has disrupted domestic and international flights.

Are custom taxes and duties included in shipping rates?
Custom taxes and duties are not included in our shipping rates and estimations. 

My parcel was damaged when I received it. 
If there are any visual damages to the parcel, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide photographs of the damages. Carefully open the parcel to inspect its content. If the content is damaged, please assist to provide photographs the product damages too.

Is there warranty for the item/s that I ordered?
Smuk Living offers 1 year warranty for all products that are purchased from us. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in material. To claim for warranty, notify us in writing as soon as you have become aware of the defect and at the latest before the expiry of he warranty. 

The warranty does not cover incorrect usage/installation/assembly, wear and tear, faulty maintenance nor any form of alterations/repair/customisation.

If the delivered product is defective in any material way, Smuk Living shall at its sole discretion be obliged to (i) fix the defective product or (ii) replace the defective product with the same product or a product with an equivalent value (iii) cancel the order and provide a full refund. 

Can I return my order and get a refund?  
Products are inspected thoroughly before being carefully packed and sent out for delivery. If you have received your order in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us in writing immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Acceptance of returns will be entirely within the discretion of Smuk Living.

Returns and refunds are not permitted for customised products and change of mind. 

Smuk Living will not bear any responsibility nor cost for the return of the items.
